For restaurants — what it costs
What Dineamite charges your restaurant
- • Delivery orders: $0. No commission, no per-order fee.
- • Pickup orders: a flat 25¢ per order. (The customer also pays a 25¢ pickup fee.)
- • That is the complete list. There are no other Dineamite charges, no monthly fee, and no contract. Turn it off anytime.
How you get paid
- • Every order is charged directly into your own Stripe account and paid to your bank. Dineamite's fee is split off automatically at the time of the charge — nothing is invoiced.
- • Card processing (2.9% + 30¢ per order) is added to the customer's total and paid with the order. Stripe adds 1.5% for international cards and 1% for currency conversion; those are deducted from your Stripe account.
- • Standard payouts to your bank are free, on Stripe's standard schedule. Instant payouts: Stripe charges 1.5% of the payout (minimum 50¢).
Refunds and disputes
- • Refunds on orders you fulfill come off that order in your Stripe account, and Dineamite reverses its own fee on that order.
- • Disputes (chargebacks) on orders you fulfill are handled in your Stripe account, as with any online sale.
Optional extras (never required)
- • Promoted placement: $35/month. Saffra upsell: $5/month. Both monthly, cancel anytime; at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
