Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment information processed securely through Stripe, location data when you use the app, order history, and device information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process food delivery orders, connect you with drivers and restaurants, process payments, send order updates and notifications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
Location Data
Drivers share their location while actively delivering to enable real-time tracking. Customers share their delivery address to receive orders. We do not track location when the app is not in use.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Data Sharing
We share your information only with drivers and restaurants as necessary to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your account information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through the Profile section of the app.
Children's Privacy
Dineamite is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
