By using Dineamite, you agree to these terms. Iron Reckoning, LLC (dba Dineamite) operates a delivery platform connecting customers, drivers, and restaurants.
Using the Service
AI Assistant (Saffra)
Dineamite offers an optional AI assistant, Saffra, to help you search restaurants and menus and answer questions. Saffra's answers are informational and provided on a best-effort basis. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for the actual menu, price, availability, or allergen information shown on a restaurant's page or confirmed at checkout. Always review your order details before paying.
You place and confirm your own orders. Saffra does not place orders on its own. No order is submitted until you review it and confirm it yourself at checkout, and the prices, items, fees, and totals shown on the checkout screen govern your order — not anything the assistant may have said.
Voice input is optional. Speaking to Saffra requires microphone access, which you can grant or decline. The assistant, and Dineamite as a whole, can be used entirely without voice — you can type to Saffra, or ignore the assistant and browse, order, and check out normally without it. Voice audio is used only to transcribe your request and is not retained after transcription.
Third-party AI. Saffra relies on third-party AI services (Google Gemini, and your device's built-in speech recognition for voice input). Your use of the assistant is also subject to those providers' terms, and their availability is not guaranteed.
